Sometimes we all need someone to talk to.
As a qualified counsellor I can be there to listen.
I won’t tell you what you need to do or try, and neither will I make your decisions for you. I will support you to understand what is happening, why you are feeling the way you are and begin to work through the steps with you that will lead towards your recovery.
Counselling can provide an opportunity to explore creativity, personal growth and self- development, as well as acknowledging a variety of choices. It can also provide a deeper understanding of who you are, what you feel and the opportunity to explore the possibility of creating personal choices. Counselling can encourage self-awareness and self-realisation.
My method of working focuses predominately on an individual’s unique, personal potential to explore creativity, growth, love and psychological understanding. I have provided counselling for many people over the last 15 years, successfully supporting the recovery of many people who have experienced symptoms of stress, anxiety, low mood and depression.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics. (For more information on what this means click on the BACP link.) Please take some time to read through all the sections and get in touch if you feel you would like to consider booking an appointment with me.
I look forward to hearing from you.
